They are looking for a motivated, organized and energetic Ad Ops Manager to join a growing team of online ad operations just outside of Boston. This position will report directly to the Director of Advertising Operations. The successful candidate must be a smart, energetic, organized ad operation professional. S/he must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills, exceptional organizational skills, be detail oriented and have a passion for process and documentation. S/he must have an in-depth understanding of ad serving technologies and online ad sales/operation environment, be a team player and have a positive attitude and upbeat spirit."
