I installed DFP yesterday and added an inhouse ad with a simple image creative.
Today I checked the stats and the CTR is really low: 0.13% (on 4000 impressions).
In Openx, this ad has been producing a CTR around 5% for a couple of years.
What am I doing wrong?
Is this a reporting error?
